About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Hygiene Lead to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for leading the hygiene team to ensure the factory meets the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety during night operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the night hygiene team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to schedule
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and company procedures
- Carry out cleaning of machinery, production areas, and equipment to required standards
- Complete hygiene documentation accurately and on time
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain hygiene standards
- Train and support team members to improve performance and consistency

Requirements
