DB Cleaning Services is a fast‑growing domestic and commercial cleaning company serving Falkirk, Stirling, Linlithgow, Grangemouth, Bo’ness and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are now hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to help expand our team, bring in more clients, and maintain excellent service quality.

Role Summary

The Growth & Operations Manager is responsible for generating new clients, recruiting new cleaners, delivering in‑house training, completing client spot checks, and providing general operational support. You will play a key role in pushing the company forward and driving expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Generate new clients (domestic + commercial)
  • Manage incoming enquiries and convert them to bookings
  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Produce social media posts to attract new clients
  • Build partnerships with estate agents, salons, offices and landlords
• Recruitment & Staffing
  • Write job adverts and manage applicant flow
  • Conduct interviews and vet applicants
  • Handle onboarding, paperwork and induction
  • Maintain cleaner rota and staff utilisation
• Training & Quality Control
  • Deliver DB Cleaning’s training program
  • Maintain training records and performance reviews
  • Conduct client spot checks
  • Manage feedback and resolve quality issues
• Operational Support
  • Assist with scheduling in Connecteam
  • Help implement new systems
  • Track KPIs (client growth, retention, staff performance)
  • Support the business owner in daily operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, recruitment or cleaning
• Able to work independently and meet performance targets
• IT‑comfortable (scheduling systems, social media, basic admin)
