DB Cleaning Services is a fast‑growing domestic and commercial cleaning company serving Falkirk, Stirling, Linlithgow, Grangemouth, Bo’ness and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are now hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to help expand our team, bring in more clients, and maintain excellent service quality.
Role Summary
The Growth & Operations Manager is responsible for generating new clients, recruiting new cleaners, delivering in‑house training, completing client spot checks, and providing general operational support. You will play a key role in pushing the company forward and driving expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Generate new clients (domestic + commercial)
- Manage incoming enquiries and convert them to bookings
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Produce social media posts to attract new clients
- Build partnerships with estate agents, salons, offices and landlords
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Write job adverts and manage applicant flow
- Conduct interviews and vet applicants
- Handle onboarding, paperwork and induction
- Maintain cleaner rota and staff utilisation
- Training & Quality Control
- Deliver DB Cleaning’s training program
- Maintain training records and performance reviews
- Conduct client spot checks
- Manage feedback and resolve quality issues
- Operational Support
- Assist with scheduling in Connecteam
- Help implement new systems
- Track KPIs (client growth, retention, staff performance)
- Support the business owner in daily operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, recruitment or cleaning
- Able to work independently and meet performance targets
- IT‑comfortable (scheduling systems, social media, basic admin)
