DB Charles Recruitment are hiring for a highly reputable brand in Witney that are looking to hire a new Assistant Store Manager that can aid in leading the store to success.
Day to day duties and aspects of the role will include:
- Assisting the store manager and stepping into store management responsibilities when required
- Delivering high level customer service
- Front of house facing, willing to be involved in the daily sales, operations and team management
- Upholding fantastic store visual standards
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Work towards and drive the team to hit all KPI’s & targets
- Be aware of upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Drive & motivate the team to increase performance
- Promoting training and development
- Driving productivity
The client is seeking CV’s with the following experience:
- Ideally holds a background within luxury, jewellery or watch retail
- Ideally a previous background working as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or someone who feels they are ready to take the new step into an assistant store management role
- A consultative retail background
- Experienced in 1-2-1 retail selling
- Experienced in managing KPIs and budgets to effectively run and improve store performance
- Ability to deliver training and development
- Consistent
- Able to commit to a role with weekend working involved
