A highly successful Medical Technology business with roots and presence throughout Europe are working with DB Charles Recruitment to hire a new Graduate Key Account Manager to cover new & existing clients in areas predominantly around the East Anglia area (North London, Essex, Cambridge, Peterborough, Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester, Louth, Boston) etc. The business are looking to speak to science based degree / masters graduates that are wanting to move into medical sales. The business have a superb reputation of training candidates with little to no experience and providing long term career paths.
The role will be focussing on Medical Sales, liaising with contacts within the NHS, Private Hospitals (surgeons / nursing staff) through to procurement & finance professionals. The hired candidate will report directly into the UK Sales Director and key duties for the role will include:
- Developing new clients and maintaining existing business
- Lead follow ups
- Product training
- CRM Management
- Pitches & presentations
The client will consider candidates with the following skill sets:
- A recent degree / masters graduate with a strong Biological / Medical / Anatomy focussed subject background
- Contacts within the medical industry would be highly advantageous however not essential
- Must hold a full UK Driving License and have there own vehicle
- Must be based in the region they will be operating in
- Must be highly motivated and sales driven
- Strong ability to learn
The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and the client is seeking to pay a salary of £35,000 per annum rising to £38,000 after the probation period with additional benefits such as:
- x25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Xmas shutdown period
- Uncapped quarterly commission schemes
- Plus many others
