A remarkable independent retail business based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire are looking to hire either a Senior Sales Consultant or Sales Consultant to join the team and business. The business are proud of a phenomenal company history and still to this day continue to grow and achieve. The business take exceptional pride for the products sold and believe the service the sales team offer in store is a huge factor in the continued success and repeat business of the store in recent decades.

Responsibilities:

  • Retail sales
  • Aiding customers and delivering 5 star customer service
  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Till point operations
  • Aiding in keeping store appearances high

Qualifications:

  • Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A background working within a luxury or a premium environment such as Jewellery, Watches, Fashion, Cars, Technology etc would be advantageous however not essential
  • Someone with a willingness to learn about new products
  • An understanding of the moment and emotion that goes with customers buying high end jewellery / luxury goods
  • Team player
  • Able to commit to an in-store role based in Berkhamsted requiring Saturday work

The role can accommodate someone wanting to work 4 or 5 days with daily store hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm. The business are offering a competitive yearly salary, which will be disclosed when speaking to the recruiter. Additional perks such as parking will be provided as well as many others.
