Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + additional company benefits. This full‑time permanent role is hybrid (2 days home, 3 days in‑office). Location: Rugby. The position reports to a senior member of the marketing and e‑commerce team and works across internal and external communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute content such as press releases, newsletters, website updates, promotions, events, and social media posts.
  • Develop communications across digital, social, print, and email platforms.
  • Craft compelling storytelling and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing team members.
  • Manage third‑party relationships with stakeholders, media partners, and event providers.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and utilize data to measure communication effectiveness.
  • Other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar communications, social media, or content role.
  • Educational background in marketing, English, PR, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing and creative skills.
  • Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule: in‑office in Rugby for three days a week (ideally Tuesday‑Thursday).

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Hybrid arrangement: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote.
