DB Charles Recruitment have partnered with an incredibly exciting business based in Henley-on-Thames, that are currently seeking to hire a permanent Personal Assistant supporting at Managing Director level. The role focuses on the PA duties, with involvement in Sales Support Administration, HR and Front of House duties. The group operates with subsidiaries in the clinical/medical world and an IT App Solutions business.
Key day-to-day duties include:
- PA to the MD
- Diary management
- Travel organisation
- HR administration
- Front of house duties for the clinical setting side of the business
- Assisting with clinic rotas and coordination with clinicians
- Coordinating with patients on upcoming treatments
- Supporting the conversion of enquiries into booked treatments
- Identifying opportunities to improve the patient journey from first contact through to treatment
- Supporting promotional campaigns, offers, and patient retention initiatives
- Monitoring HR inboxes, acknowledging emails promptly, resolving queries or escalating as needed
- Management of administration of key processes including new starters, leavers and end of probation assessments
- Responding to reference requests in a timely fashion
These are the main responsibilities; other duties and reporting will become apparent as the role progresses.
Ideally the client is looking for CVs and to interview candidates with the following skill sets:
- A career background predominantly as a PA
- Interest or background in Sales Support, Front of House and HR
- Experience in a medical/clinical setting is highly advantageous
- Experience as a PA at MD or senior leadership level
- Excellent discretionary skills
- Excellent working ability with MS Office
- Excellent time keeping
- Professional and personable manner face to face, via email and telephone
- Ability to multi-task and take on new duties at short notice
- Willingness to commit to a permanent office-based role in Henley-on-Thames
This role will be a full-time office-based position, working Monday to Friday, with ideal hours of 10am to 6pm (or 9am to 5pm). Salary is £32,000 to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience.
