An award-winning retail business based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre is looking to hire for a new position as an Ecommerce Marketing Executive.
The main focus of this role will be on promoting and selling the retail business’s online products & services by driving traffic to the online store. The business requires the person to convert website visitors into customers as well as retaining them through strategies like content marketing, email marketing, social media, and SEO. The role will report directly to the Managing Director, and day-to-day duties will include:
- Maintaining strong brand identity and driving brand growth across various digital channels
- Planning and implementing social media strategies
- Creating briefs for email and social campaigns
- Collaborating with influencers and content creators
- SEO
- Website maintenance
