Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a motivating bonus incentive.

Location: Henley-on-Thames.

Role: Responsible for strategising and implementing new revenue business growth, PnL responsibility, marketing, people management, and executive decision‑making in bringing in and closing new deals as well as actively winning new bids & tenders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take charge of commercial responsibilities.
  • Lead people and teams across sales, marketing, partnerships and pricing.
  • Drive new revenue growth and identify and grow new accounts.
  • Maintain reporting and reporting frameworks.
  • Improve commercial and operational processes.
  • Aid in recruiting new staff members.
  • Serve as a senior leader within the business.
  • Others as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Commercial Director or equivalent senior commercial role with the responsibilities listed above.
  • Industry background in IT, SaaS, Transformation or Software.
  • Experience working on bids & tenders.
  • Strong sales background with a proven ability to grow revenue and client base individually and through team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non‑technical personnel.
  • Proven people‑leader and strategic, adaptable mindset.
  • Willingness to commit to a permanent, office‑based role in Henley-on-Thames.
