£33,000.00 per annum + additional company benefits. DB Charles Recruitment have partnered with an exciting clinical business based in Henley-on-Thames, that are currently seeking to hire a permanent Clinic Coordinator. The role will involve Sales Support Administration and Front of House duties.
Key day-to-day duties will involve:
- Aiding in the smooth running of the day to day of the clinic, plus front of house.
- Helping with clinic rotas & coordinating with the clinicians.
- Ensuring the clinic is kept to fantastic visual standards.
- Liaising and query handling with customers.
- Coordinating with patients on upcoming treatments.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the patient journey from first contact through to treatment.
- Generating, tracking, and nurturing leads.
- Converting enquiries into booked treatments.
- Following up on inbound enquiries.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems.
Ideally, the client is looking for CVs and to interview candidates with the following skill sets:
- A career background in roles such as Patient Coordinator, Medical Secretary, Clinic Coordinator, Clinic Manager or of a similar nature.
- Able to demonstrate an interest or background in other aspects of the role such as Sales Support and Front of House.
- Experience working in a medical / clinical setting would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent working ability with MS Office systems.
- Fantastic time keeping skills.
- Professional & personable manner face to face, via email & telephone.
- Ability to multi-task and take on new duties at short notice.
- Ability to commit to a permanent clinic / office based role in Henley-on-Thames, with working every other Saturday involved.
This role will be a full-time clinic / office-based position in Henley, working Monday to Friday, with ideal hours of 10am to 6pm, but can accommodate 9am to 5pm. The role will involve working every other Saturday. The client offers a salary of £33,000 per annum with an additional bonus scheme for the sales support side of the role.
