You will supervise drivers, mobile operatives and terminal staff, plan daily site operations and ensure trains depart safely and efficiently, liaising with engineering to report defects and maintain mainline safety.
The role requires experience in team leadership, strong planning and communication skills, and a willingness to travel to other DB Cargo UK sites as needed.
