Our client is a law firm based in Blackheath Village seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
Key requirements for the role include:
Ability to handle all types of residential property matters, including:
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- New builds
- Auction sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Help to Buy
- Shared Ownership
Ideally, the candidate will also have proven experience in the following:
- Lease extensions under the LRHUDA 1993
- Collective freehold purchases under the LRHUDA 1993
Further attributes will include:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well organised
- Ability to supervise junior staff.
