Their goal is to improve their client\’s success by excelling in transforming businesses with highly customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ultimately making operations simpler. Additionally, they aim to help businesses grow, acquire new clients, scale up, and expand into new markets. Duties and Responsibilities: Selling MS Dynamics 365 to Small to Medium businesses in the UK, mainly focusing on Financial and Professional Services. Engaging after Presales and solution demonstrations to fully understand customer needs and develop Dynamics solutions. Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements. Performing requirements gathering and Business Process Analysis to identify pain points. Participating in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients. Delivering presentations to all management levels. Adapting to different end-user learning styles during training and requirements gathering. Creating documentation for clients, including presentations and workflows regarding functional and technical requirements. Requirements: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably in the MS Dynamics 365 environment. Broad financial background, either selling ERP solutions to financial institutions or possessing relevant qualifications/experience. Both practical and theoretical knowledge of operational methodologies and business processes in commercial operations. Experience in building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all employee levels, including C-level. A team player with a hands-on approach. This position is remote, but frequent travel to London is expected; therefore, the ideal candidate should be based in or near the London metropolitan area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
