Dazzle is a fast-growing, tech-led commercial cleaning company known for exceptional customer care and a genuine appreciation for our employees. We are currently looking for experienced cleaning operatives to support our client in Hemel Hempstead. This role is initially for cover shifts, but there is a strong possibility that it may become a permanent position. We also offer performance bonuses—if you look after us, we will look after you.

- Days: AD HOC – work offered as needed
- Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (8 hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Rate: £13.50 per hour
What AD HOC means: This is not a fixed-schedule position. AD HOC means you will be contacted when shifts become available, and you can accept them based on your availability. It is ideal for cleaners looking for flexible work, occasional extra hours, or temporary cover opportunities. We always give as much notice as possible, though some shifts may come up at short notice.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your work will include general office and warehouse cleaning such as emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, steaming hard floors, and keeping all surfaces clean and polished. You will also be responsible for refilling consumables, maintaining kitchen areas—including the fridge, microwave, and coffee machines—and ensuring plates, cups, and cutlery are washed and put away. Additional cleaning tasks may be assigned by the Manager as needed.

- Living close to HP2 (Hemel Hempstead)
- A functional smartphone with data
- Valid DBS certificate
- Eligibility to work in the UK
