Dazzle is a rapidly fast-growing tech-led commercial cleaning company that prides itself on exceptional customer care and values its employees. We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our clients in London. If you are looking for a new and unique company to work for, look no further than Dazzle!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cover cleaners' sick/holiday days where required
- Be available to pick up keys from offices/HQ and drop off to cleaners
- Meet, greet and train cleaners on their first clean
- Run a H&S (Health and Safety) check with the cleaners
- Explain company policies
- Train cleaners on how to use our App time sheet system
- Run spot checks across ALL client sites to ensure cleans are of top quality
- Liaise with clients on any account requirements and resolve conflicts with our backend teams
- Occasionally purchase equipment and drop off to any client sites
- On occasions, you will need to take on the cleans yourself; this is critical, and we need a person to pull their sleeves up and deliver!
Must have:
- Be flexible with your hours, working 4 hours per evening
- General working knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH and PPE - essential
- Minimum of 1 year Supervisory cleaning experience - essential
- Previous experience of supervising people - essential
- Competent communication and written skills, and able to use mobile Apps, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
- A good hard-working attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to manage mixed personalities calmly and diplomatically
- Mobile phone with data & WhatsApp
- Have an advanced DBS certificate
- Ability to build relationships with cleaning teams, clients, and backend management teams
- Be the cleaning team's go-to person/mentor
- Willing to take regular instructions and report to management on a daily basis by video or audio calls
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Immaculate personal presentation
