As we gear up for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 , we are looking for a talented Travel Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global brand, driving content strategy and production for one of the most exciting sporting events of the year.
As the Travel Manager , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all travel arrangements for DAZN personnel involved in the FIFA Club World Cup . This includes flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, and ensuring smooth operations for all traveling staff. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and tournament organizers to provide seamless travel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all travel requirements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and per diem allocations for DAZN employees, talent, and production crews
- Oversee the travel budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel solutions
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transport providers to negotiate contracts and secure the best rates
- Ensure all necessary visas, travel permits, and documentation are secured in a timely manner
- Provide real-time travel support, troubleshooting issues such as flight delays, cancellations, and last-minute itinerary changes
- Keep all stakeholders informed about travel arrangements, itineraries, and contingency plans
- Develop contingency plans to handle emergencies, including medical issues, security risks, and travel disruptions
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in travel management, ideally within sports events, broadcasting, or live productions
- Understanding of sports event operations, broadcast logistics, and the unique travel demands of a global tournament
- Ability to manage multiple itineraries, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes under pressure
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms, expense management tools, and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel if required and work outside regular hours during the tournament.
