DAZN is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Marketing Manager to lead and execute social media marketing campaigns for the FIFA Club World Cup. This role requires expertise in social media strategy, audience engagement, and performance marketing to drive awareness, fan interaction, viewership and subscriptions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (FIFA, the 32 participating clubs & influencers) to optimize content, amplify brand messaging, and ensure a strong digital presence across all relevant platforms.

As our new Social Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a results-oriented social marketing strategy to enhance DAZN’s presence and engagement ahead of and during the FIFA Club World Cup.
  • Content Planning & Execution: Work with internal teams to create compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with football audiences and encourages organic sharing.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social conversations, and foster a vibrant online community around DAZN and the FIFA Club World Cup.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, content (live & non-live), and analytics teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

You’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or audience engagement, preferably in sports, streaming, or entertainment.
  • Proven ability to create and execute impactful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent content planning, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Passion for football and deep knowledge of those audiences worldwide.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple stakeholders.
