What You'll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end financial reporting, delivering daily trading updates, weekly shareholder reports, monthly P&L reports, quarterly KPIs and board reports.
- Ensure key financial KPIs are accessible to the CEO, CFO and Market Directors, with regular comparisons to budgets and bonus targets.
- Support executive reporting, supplying accurate financial and operational data to support the CEO in preparing shareholder board decks.
- Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes, identifying and modelling key business drivers using insights from across the business.
- Conduct variance analysis, reviewing actuals versus budget to identify trends and facilitate deeper commercial insight.
- Develop market-specific budgets, accounting for gaming duty, licence fees, compliance requirements and marketing restrictions.
- Maintain cost reporting files including payroll and third-party expenses, ensuring accuracy and a high level of detail.
- Lead financial modelling for ad-hoc projects including M&A activities, new market expansions and investor reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience in a senior finance role, ideally within online gaming, betting or a high-growth technology business.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
- Proven experience owning budgeting, forecasting and P&L management across multiple international markets.
- Deep understanding of market-specific financial considerations including gaming duty, licence fees and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence at C-suite level.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A commercially curious mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating financial risk.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and BI platforms, with experience working closely with data and analytics teams.
