DAZN Bet is building a next-generation global betting brand, combining world‑class sports content with data‑led performance marketing in highly regulated markets. This is an opportunity to own one of the most commercially critical acquisition channels in the business and directly influence growth across multiple markets.

As Paid Search Manager, DAZN Bet, you will own the global Paid Search channel across Sports Betting and Casino. You’ll be accountable for strategy, execution, optimisation and commercial performance across Google Search, App Campaigns, Performance Max and YouTube. This is a hands‑on performance leadership role, responsible for driving first‑time depositors, player value and profitable growth across multiple countries, languages and regulatory environments. You’ll work closely with Growth, Country, Product, CRM and Analytics teams to ensure Paid Search is fully embedded within DAZN Bet’s commercial engine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the global Paid Search channel P&L across Sportsbook and Casino in all regulated DAZN Bet markets
  • Define and execute Paid Search strategy across Google Search, UAC, Performance Max and YouTube
  • Deliver profitable customer acquisition, optimising against CPA, FTDs, LTV, GGR, ROAS and payback
  • Run all hands‑on execution including account structure, keywords, bidding, creatives, audiences and landing pages
  • Build market‑specific strategies aligned to local regulation, brand positioning and competitive dynamics
  • Partner with Country, Product and UX teams to optimise registration, KYC, deposit and conversion funnels
  • Connect Paid Search acquisition with CRM and Retention to maximise lifecycle value and Casino cross‑sell
  • Lead continuous testing and experimentation across intent, messaging, offers, landing pages and bid strategies

What You’ll Bring:

  • Deep, hands‑on expertise managing Google Ads in high‑scale, performance‑driven environments
  • Strong experience in iGaming, betting, fintech or similarly regulated performance industries
  • Proven ability to drive FTDs, deposits and profitable player growth through Paid Search
  • Experience managing multi‑market, multi‑language accounts within strict regulatory frameworks
  • Advanced understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models and conversion optimisation
  • Strong analytical capability using GA4, BigQuery, Looker or similar analytics platforms
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on NGR, LTV and sustainable growth — not just traffic
  • Passion for sport, betting and building a high‑performance, global betting brand
