What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Acquire and monitor live Satellite and IP feeds using the latest technologies.
- Provide live event support to ensure uninterrupted broadcast delivery.
- Communicate issues promptly and clearly to internal teams and external suppliers.
- Adapt and tailor incoming feeds to meet production and regional requirements.
- Maintain service uptime as a top priority by proactively identifying and escalating risks.
- Assist the shift lead and support other team members during live operations.
- Manage workload efficiently during peak periods and suggest workflow improvements.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
