The Role: Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, Boxing, you’ll support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across DAZN’s pay‑per‑view and subscription boxing portfolio. Working across the full marketing mix, you’ll collaborate with Creative, Organic Social, CRM, Paid Media, News, Platform and Partnerships to help deliver integrated campaigns that drive pay‑per‑view sales, subscriber growth and fan engagement. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility. You’ll take ownership of selected campaign workstreams, coordinating activity from briefing through to execution while ensuring campaigns launch on time and to the highest possible standard. As you develop, you’ll be given increasing ownership across campaigns and projects, making this an exciting opportunity to build your career within one of the world’s leading sports marketing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of global boxing marketing campaigns across pay‑per‑view and subscription events
  • Take ownership of selected campaign workstreams, coordinating activity from briefing through to execution with support from the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, project plans and key milestones, ensuring activity is delivered on schedule
  • Work closely with Creative, Organic Social, CRM, Paid Media, News, Platform and Partnerships to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Assist in briefing creative assets and manage delivery across multiple campaign workstreams
  • Coordinate campaign assets across internal teams, external agencies, promoters and partners
  • Support paid media launches by ensuring assets, messaging and timelines are delivered accurately and on time
  • Support merchandising activity across DAZN’s owned platforms, helping ensure campaigns are prominently represented across the app, website and customer journeys
  • Review campaign assets and customer journeys, carrying out quality assurance checks to maintain a best‑in‑class fan experience across DAZN platforms
  • Provide hands‑on campaign support throughout launch periods and fight weeks, helping ensure activity runs smoothly right through to live event
  • Conduct audience, competitor and category research to identify opportunities that strengthen future campaigns
  • Track campaign performance, gather insights and help produce post‑campaign reports and recommendations

What You’ll Bring:

  • Around 1 to 3 years’ marketing experience, ideally within sport, entertainment, media or a consumer‑facing brand
  • A genuine passion for boxing, or a strong desire to immerse yourself in the sport, its athletes and its fans
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high‑quality work
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating across multiple teams
  • A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals across creative, social, digital and owned channels
  • An analytical mindset, with an interest in using campaign performance and audience insight to improve future activity
  • Curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to learn from experienced marketers
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute ideas while supporting the success of the wider team
