The Role:
Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, Boxing, you'll be a senior pillar of DAZN's global boxing marketing operation β leading the planning and delivery of campaigns across subscription and pay-per-view, while playing a key role in building the partnerships and activations that keep DAZN at the centre of the boxing world.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the planning and end-to-end delivery of boxing marketing campaigns β from early strategy and creative development through to fight week execution, post-campaign analysis, and learnings.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies across paid media, owned channels, social, content, influencer, and partnerships β ensuring DAZN Boxing shows up powerfully wherever fight fans are.
- Build fight-specific campaign strategies for major PPV events β ensuring each event is marketed with the scale, intensity, and authenticity it deserves.
- Tailor campaigns for local audiences across key markets β working with regional marketing leads to ensure activity resonates culturally and drives results where it matters most.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop world-class campaign creative β setting a high bar for quality and ensuring every asset reflects the energy, drama, and culture of boxing.
- Contribute to the development of DAZN's global boxing marketing calendar β ensuring campaigns are planned around key moments in the fight calendar throughout the year.
- Identify, develop, and activate strategic marketing partnerships across media, talent, influencer, and brand channels that amplify DAZN Boxing's reach and credibility.
- Build and manage relationships with boxing media, fight sports publications, promoters, and cultural platforms β ensuring DAZN has an authentic and powerful presence within the global fight fan community.
- Work with fighters and their management teams to develop fighter-led marketing campaigns β leveraging their personal brands, social platforms, and fan bases to drive awareness and acquisition.
- Support the identification and activation of co-marketing opportunities with promoters, venues, and boxing organisations that drive incremental reach and acquisition.
- Lead the development and execution of campaigns designed to drive subscriber acquisition and PPV sales across key markets.
- Use audience insight and performance data to inform targeting, messaging, and channel strategy β ensuring DAZN Boxing reaches the right fans at the right time with the right message.
- Oversee the management of paid media campaigns β working with media agencies and internal teams to ensure activity is continuously optimised for performance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to reach new audiences β from hardcore fight fans to casual sports viewers β and develop strategies to convert them into DAZN subscribers.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven marketing experience β at Senior Marketing Manager level or equivalent β within a sport, entertainment, media, or subscription business.
- A genuine passion for boxing β you don't need to have been in the ring, but you need to feel the sport. An understanding of the boxing landscape, its culture, its fans, and its key players is essential.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns β from strategy through to delivery and performance analysis β ideally including major live events or PPV campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix β paid media, social, content, influencer, partnerships, and owned channels.
- Experience in partnership marketing β a track record of building and activating co-marketing relationships with sports organisations, media partners, or talent that deliver measurable results.
- Analytical mindset β comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insight into strategy and action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills β able to represent DAZN confidently in partner and promoter meetings and present clearly to senior internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global or multi-market marketing environment β comfortable adapting campaigns for different audiences, cultures, and markets.
- A "sleeves rolled up" approach β this is a fast-moving team working on live events. Everyone is expected to get into the detail, take ownership, and deliver.
