As a Paid Search Manager (PPC Manager) at DAZN, you'll be a key member of the Paid Media team within Marketing Operations. You will plan, execute and report on our global customer acquisition strategy across Google Ads and other search platforms, running in-house PPC campaigns across multiple markets and languages. You'll manage and allocate budgets to hit efficiency targets (e.g., CPA/ROAS) across DAZN's busy calendar of live sport, and you'll coach and develop a PPC Executive to deliver consistently highâquality work.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own dayâtoâday management of inâhouse paid search campaigns across Google Ads and additional search platforms, from setâup through optimisation and reporting.
- Build and evolve account structures, keywords, ads, audiences and landingâpage alignment to improve conversion rate and efficiency.
- Plan, pace and reallocate budgets across markets and key events, optimising against business KPIs such as CPA and ROAS.
- Lead a structured testing roadmap (ad formats, audience strategies, automation/bidding, and new platform features/betas) and document learnings.
- Deliver clear weekly/monthly performance reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
- Partner with Analytics/BI and Engineering to ensure tracking, measurement and attribution are robust (e.g., GA4, GTM, conversions).
- Work closely with external partners such as Google (and other platforms) to unlock new features and acquisition opportunities.
- Coach and manage a PPC Executive: set priorities, review quality, and support development.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years handsâon PPC / paid search experience managing complex accounts with measurable results.
- Expertâlevel Google Ads capability (Search and related features), with strong fundamentals in account structure and optimisation.
- Experience with at least one additional search platform or tooling (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, Merchant Center/SA360, scripts/rules).
- Proven ability to optimise toward commercial KPIs such as CPA and ROAS, and to make budget tradeâoffs confidently.
- Strong analytical and measurement skills (e.g., GA4/GTM, dashboards) with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into actions.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent), with the ability to communicate performance clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience operating across multiple markets and languages, coordinating with crossâfunctional teams.
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member (or a clear track record of coaching and quality control).
