As Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer and partner operational experience across all global territories. You will ensure customers and distribution partners can easily access, operate and promote our sports products - removing friction across physical delivery, digital access and day-to-day operational support.
This role sits at the intersection of logistics, customer operations and commercial enablement. It supports a diverse customer base including direct venues, high-value groups and distribution partners, ensuring they are operationally ready to deliver a high-quality fan experience and maximise the value of our services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end customer and partner operational delivery across all markets, ensuring customers, groups and distribution partners can access, operate and promote DAZN Business services with minimal friction.
- Enable customer and partner success, supporting the operational elements required to deliver a high-quality fan experience, including hardware, service access, tools, entitlements, promotions and issue resolution.
- Lead operational logistics and fulfilment, managing end-to-end hardware operations (ordering, shipping, deployment and returns) to ensure timely, accurate delivery aligned to customer and partner needs.
- Coordinate operational readiness for products and events, working with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to support launches, PPVs and service changes.
- Act as the primary operational escalation point, resolving cross-functional issues quickly and removing blockers that impact customer experience, service reliability or revenue.
- Support billing and operational discipline, coordinating with Finance on invoicing and reconciliations, and driving continuous improvement through clear processes, playbooks and reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in customer operations, operations or logistics, ideally within subscription, media, sports, telco or entertainment environments.
- Experience supporting complex customer and partner models, including direct customers, groups and/or distribution partners.
- Comfortable managing multiple markets, stakeholders and priorities in fast-moving, operationally complex environments.
- Strong commercial and operational judgement, with experience managing suppliers, partners and operational contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to enable customer success, removing operational friction and translating complex processes into practical outcomes.
- Experience supporting digital products or services, including access management, entitlements, tools or service readiness.
- Data-driven, proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners across multiple time zones.
- Interest in sport and live events, with an understanding of how sport is delivered, consumed and promoted in commercial environments (preferred).
