As Media Manager, you will lead the organisation, ingestion, storage, and distribution of media assets across live broadcasts, original productions, and archive workflows. This role is critical to ensuring fast, reliable access to content across key properties including boxing, National League, NFL, and others. As content volume and delivery expectations increase, the Media Manager will establish consistent workflows, improve retrieval efficiency, and support high‑priority projects such as archive migrations and global Boxing content distribution.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own end-to-end media workflows across ingest, tagging, storage, and retrieval
  • Manage live broadcast feeds, original shoot media, and archive materials
  • Ensure all content is logged, organised, and easily searchable
  • Deliver fast turnaround of priority content, particularly for boxing events
  • Support rapid clipping, packaging, and delivery to internal teams and partners
  • Enable efficient content sharing to both internal DAZN teams and external partners and news outlets via the ‘Content Hub’
  • Along with the Archive Manager - lead and maintain the archive migration and ongoing management
  • Ensure archive integrity, accessibility, and compliance with standards
  • Develop structured metadata and tracking systems
  • Support key initiatives including: Archive transition and maintenance, Boxing content workflows particularly working to develop our US offering of content

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in media management within broadcast, sport, or production environments
  • Strong understanding of live ingest workflows and post-production pipelines
  • Experience managing large-scale media archives and metadata systems
  • Familiarity with content distribution platforms and workflows
  • Ability to work across multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
