The Role: As a People Partner at DAZN, you will support the design and delivery of the people strategy across key business areas. You will work closely with leadership teams to ensure organisational structure, culture and talent are aligned to current and future business needs. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders β strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee experience and driving people initiatives that help teams perform at their best.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into clear people plans that support operational and strategic objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, team effectiveness and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities are in place.
- Support talent identification, succession planning and leadership capability development across the business.
- Coach leaders on effective performance management, including goal setting, feedback, development and performance conversations.
- Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Champion DAZN's culture, values and behaviours, supporting engagement initiatives and action planning from employee feedback.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions and improve engagement, performance and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the wider People team (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward and People Operations) to deliver joined-up, high-quality people solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, scaling or digital environment.
- Strong grounding in employee relations, organisational development and performance management.
- Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic organisation.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate commercial needs into effective people solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with confidence to challenge constructively.
- Experience using people data and insights to drive practical improvements and informed decision-making.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards), or equivalent professional experience.
