Overview
As Head of CRM for Global Football & Boxing, you will architect the global CRM strategy to engage fans across the entire lifecycle. You’ll shape how DAZN communicates with subscribers and pay-per-view customers, across football and boxing, at scale. You’ll drive lifecycle programs, personalisation, and cross-sport opportunities to grow retention and lifetime value. This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver fan-first experiences. You’ll work with regional teams to localise and optimise communications, delivering meaningful impact for two of the world’s most passionate sports communities.

Responsibilities
- Define and own global CRM strategy for football and boxing covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back
- Build lifecycle marketing automations to maximise fan engagement, reduce churn, and grow subscriber/pay-per-view value
- Create integrated CRM calendars and activate cross-sport opportunities to boost overall engagement
- Drive personalisation across pop-ups, email, push, in-app, and SMS to improve relevance and results
- Develop PPV-focused CRM journeys for boxing (pre-event hype, conversion, event-day, post-event)
- Localise CRM communications for key markets with regional teams and translation partners
- Collaborate with regional leads to adapt CRM programs locally and support cross-sell initiatives
- Enhance CRM capability and efficiency through better tooling and processes
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a global, matrixed organisation
Key requirements
- Significant CRM leadership experience (Head of CRM or equivalent) in a fast-paced global consumer business
- Track record of scaling lifecycle programs that improve retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Experience managing CRM across subscription and transactional/pay-per-view models
- Deep expertise in email, push, in-app, and SMS; hands-on with enterprise CRM and automation platforms
- Strong data and analytics capability with large datasets, segmentation, and performance analysis
- Experience developing personalization strategies with data science and engineering teams
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a global setting
- Experience in subscription-based, streaming, or content-led businesses
- Excellent communication skills able to translate CRM strategy and data for senior stakeholders
