Future Legal Operations Executive opportunities at DAZN are likely to focus on providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Legal Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of legal processes, documentation, governance activities, and financial administration. Working closely with lawyers, finance teams, business stakeholders, and external legal providers, you'll help coordinate legal workflows, maintain accurate records and reporting, and support the consistent delivery of high-quality legal operations across the business.

What You'd Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day legal administration, including matter tracking, approvals monitoring, and status reporting
• Coordinating contract execution processes and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentation
• Supporting legal invoice processing, external counsel billing, matter coding, and associated reporting
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies, approval frameworks, and record-keeping requirements
• Maintaining legal templates, document repositories, and version control processes
• Supporting the preparation, filing, formatting, and archiving of contracts and legal documentation
• Acting as a point of contact for legal process and documentation requests across the business
• Identifying opportunities to improve legal workflows, operational efficiency, and process consistency

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience coordinating billing, invoicing, or financial administration processes
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach to stakeholder management
• Experience working within an in‑house legal team or professional services environment would be advantageous
