As a Legal Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of the team's day-to-day operations, helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance across legal processes and workflows. As a Legal Operations Executive, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to DAZN's Legal Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of legal processes, documentation, governance activities, and financial administration. Acting as a central point of coordination, you'll support legal workflows from initiation through to completion, maintain accurate records and reporting, and oversee key operational processes including contract execution, invoice management, and approvals tracking. You'll work closely with lawyers, business stakeholders, finance teams, and external legal providers to ensure information flows efficiently and legal operations are delivered to a consistently high standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day legal administration, including matter tracking, approvals monitoring, and status reporting
- Coordinating contract execution processes and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentation
- Taking ownership of legal invoice processing, external counsel billing, matter coding, and associated reporting
- Monitoring compliance with internal policies, approval frameworks, and record-keeping requirements
- Maintaining legal templates, document repositories, and version control processes
- Supporting the preparation, formatting, filing, and archiving of contracts and legal documentation
- Acting as the first point of contact for legal process and documentation requests across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve legal workflows, operational efficiency, and process consistency
