As an Integrated Producer, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-channel creative campaigns from initial concept through to final execution. Sitting at the intersection of creative, strategy, media and production, you’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered seamlessly, on time and on budget. You will act as the central point of coordination for projects, translating briefs into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, managing resources and anticipating risks across multiple channels. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine appreciation for great creative — knowing when to protect it and when to challenge it to deliver the best outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end production for integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, experiential, media and DAZN owned-and-operated channels
- Partnering closely with creative disciplines (design, edit), strategy, account and media teams to define scope, timelines and deliverables
- Building and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading project briefings, production meetings and regular status updates
- Coordinating internal teams and external partners including production companies, freelancers, post-production and media partners
- Providing regular check-ins to ensure projects are progressing as planned and briefs are being met, while nurturing strong creative output
- Capturing, managing and actioning feedback efficiently
- Anticipating risks, dependencies and bottlenecks across channels and proactively problem-solving
- Overseeing workflows, approvals and quality control across all deliverables
- Liaising with Business Affairs, HR and other teams to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are met
- Tracking resourcing and supporting optimisation of team capacity across concurrent projects
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience producing integrated campaigns within a creative or advertising agency environment
- Strong understanding of cross-channel production workflows and interdependencies
- Proven experience translating client or stakeholder briefs into actionable creative plans
- Solid understanding of legal, compliance and contractual requirements within production
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, timelines and senior stakeholder relationships
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with multiple moving parts
