Why Join DAZN? Joining DAZN means being part of a cutting-edge sports streaming company in a vibrant tech hub. You’ll work alongside passionate, talented professionals on innovative projects that reach millions of fans worldwide. DAZN offers a dynamic work environment with a great balance of career growth and lifestyle. If you’re excited about shaping the future of live and on-demand sports entertainment, DAZN is the perfect place to make your mark and grow your career. This role can be based in either our Leeds or London offices.

The Role: As Head of Campaign Management within DAZN’s central marketing function, you will be responsible for managing the planning and coordination of high-impact, cross-functional marketing campaigns. You will sit at the centre of global campaign execution, partnering with local markets and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, structured, and delivered to a consistently high standard. You will play a critical role in connecting global priorities with local execution, ensuring timelines, creative assets, messaging, and campaign plans are properly aligned across regions. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for driving clarity and consistency in campaign execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning across global campaigns, ensuring alignment between central and local marketing teams and paid, earned and owned channels.
  • Project ownership of the campaign calendar, campaign briefs, timelines, and key delivery milestones.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regional teams, ensuring campaign objectives and plans are clearly communicated and locally actionable.
  • Facilitate all cross team forums (briefings, response to briefs, post campaign analysis) and maintain documentation throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Work closely with creative, media, CRM, and product teams to ensure campaign readiness across all channels.
  • Track campaign delivery status, proactively linking the dots between teams to ensure stakeholders are kept informed and blockers can be escalated and resolved.
  • Support post-campaign wrap-ups and ensure key learnings are shared across markets and teams.
  • Help optimise campaign planning processes, documentation templates, and planning tools for scale and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience (typically 3–5 years) in campaign, project, or marketing operations management — ideally within a matrixed or international marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital media, CRM, and brand.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with regional/local markets and understanding of global-to-local campaign workflows.
  • Clear communicator who can engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in campaign/project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic team player with a solution-oriented mindset who thrives when tasked with complex situations and is eager to get stuck in to resolve.

Benefits: Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
