The Gaming and Promo Executive – UK, DE, Ontario and Row will work closely with the Head of Gaming in order to develop a competitive Gaming strategy and roadmap for DAZNBET. Striving to ensure our Gaming content is industry leading, and that we provide the best possible customer experience.

Ensuring all Gaming contents on DAZNBET are in line with the most up to date Compliance requirements, as well as approved by the online gaming certification authorities, taking care of their management in the FO and BO. Carrying out regular competitor and marketing analysis and building excellent working relationships with third party account managers to ensure we are provided the latest games content managing roadmap and publishing.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team to review games releases and align and upload promotional & campaign activity to drive gaming performance overall, as well as identify key opportunities within the market for cross sell.

As our new Gaming and Promo Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with the Head of Gaming to deliver a competitive games strategy for DAZNBET, providing complete games release, product enhancements and promotional campaigns upload to drive revenue and achieve target KPI’s for the markets.
  • Manage excellent relationships with external third party games suppliers, to ensure we are provided with the latest, industry leading games content and features.
  • Work to ensure all gaming content on DAZNBET sites is in line with market Regulator’s requirements and all games available on sites are in line with the Online Gaming certification authorities.
  • Manage strong relationships with the Product Management team & third party suppliers on the Gaming product roadmap ensuring all product initiatives are clear and development is in line with the overall Gaming roadmap.
  • Monitor our gaming product and site journey, providing regular feedback to the product teams on suggestions for improvement, with the customer experience and safety at the forefront of those suggestions.
  • Support on new games launches in line with the roadmap, providing management in BO and FO and testing support pre-launch and ensuring the site content is ready for launch.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and CRM & Promotions Team to ensure our marketing activity in relation to Games content is relevant and we are successfully promoting the key games releases and our offerings are targeted to the right audiences.
  • Work closely with the CRM & Promotions Manager Team to review up and coming bonuses and promotions, ensuring the site content is up to date and in line with plans.
  • Regularly review third party supplier and competitor gaming offering, providing suggestions to the Head of Gaming on opportunities to enhance our Gaming product offering.
  • Communicate gaming updates, games releases/removals to the business and relevant teams to ensure clarity on offering at all times.
  • Analyse and report on the weekly and monthly performance of all gaming third party suppliers – making recommendations based on these reviews to the Head of Gaming on potential changes required.

You’ll have:

  • Excellent understanding of UK, DE, Ontario and RoW markets gaming offering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent understanding of the regulatory and online gaming certification requirements.
  • Proven experience working with third party games suppliers within the assigned markets.
  • Good knowledge of games providers and games types.
  • Ability to develop and review analytics and provide updates on activity based on analysis.
  • Knowledge of third party supplier back office systems, and client areas including the reporting functionalities.
  • Strong focus on customer experience, with a passion to provide feedback and develop our content to work better for the customer.
  • Experience with Pragmatic Solutions Platform is a plus.
