The Digital Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland will lead the development of the local brand proposition and campaign direction, working closely with the Leadership Team and central Marketing functions to ensure alignment with DAZN Bet’s overall business strategy. You will drive customer acquisition and engagement through the delivery of data-driven digital marketing strategies that maximise brand awareness, conversion and long-term value. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to position DAZN Bet as a leading interactive sports betting brand in a highly regulated market, while delivering responsible and engaging fan experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define the local brand proposition and campaign strategy for the UK & Ireland market in line with business objectives.
  • Plan, develop and execute creative, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Own performance marketing across paid media, SEO, affiliates, social and display, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns through continuous testing, tracking and performance analysis.
  • Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Collaborate with content, design and CRM teams to deliver engaging, localised marketing assets and journeys.
  • Use data, insights and analytics to optimise conversion, personalisation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships across DAZN and DAZN Bet to unlock new revenue opportunities and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor market, consumer and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within sports, entertainment or gaming / betting environments.
  • Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, affiliates and display.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving growth, ROI and revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for sport, particularly football, with a deep understanding of fan behaviour.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, international and matrixed environments.
  • Knowledge of operating in regulated markets and advertising compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
