Working across the international matrix business, you will collaborate with product, content, data and analytics teams to deliver CRM output for fans around the world. Strong stakeholder management will be key to success. Reporting into the Head of CRM, this role will focus on Football and Boxing across DAZN's Growth Markets.

You will take ownership of end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, supporting key matchdays, major football competitions, fight nights, PPV events and broader lifecycle activity across both sports. You will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns, working across segmentation, personalisation, copywriting, creative briefing and optimisation to create highly relevant communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue.

DAZN operates in a dynamic international environment, and this role requires someone who can balance multiple priorities across busy sporting calendars while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will work with stakeholders across marketing, product, content, data and analytics to deliver customer-first CRM experiences that support DAZN's commercial objectives. A passion for sport, strong CRM fundamentals and a test-and-learn mindset are key.

No two days look the same, and you'll be at the heart of some of the biggest moments in football and boxing, helping shape how fans engage with DAZN around the world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns supporting football and boxing schedules, driving revenue, upgrades, retention and subscriber growth.
  • Own CRM activity across key events including major football fixtures, competitions, tournaments, fight nights, PPV events and always-on lifecycle programmes.
  • Drive personalisation and advanced segmentation to maximise relevance, engagement and conversion.
  • Lead creative briefing and coordination, producing compelling CRM communications that resonate with football and boxing fans.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, continuously optimising CRM creative, copy, cadence and targeting.
  • Report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, content, data and analytics teams across international markets.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and operate effectively within a global matrix organisation.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a CRM role, ideally within subscription, media, entertainment or sport.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns in a commercial environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for creative detail and audience relevance.
  • Confidence working across segmentation, personalisation and CRM lifecycle activity.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for football and/or boxing, or a strong understanding of subscription services.
