Identifying, prioritising, and delivering technical improvements across DAZN's broadcast and streaming platformsActing as a key technical point of contact for third-party suppliers and technology partnersLeading investigations into technical issues, performing trend analysis, and implementing long-term improvementsManaging device utilisation and capacity planning to ensure platform scalability and resilienceInfluencing project requirements and driving the transition of new solutions into Engineering SupportBuilding strong relationships with technical and operational stakeholders across the businessCommunicating key platform developments, changes, and technical updates to engineering and operational teamsSupporting the ongoing evolution of DAZN's end-to-end broadcast and streaming workflows
What You'll Bring:
Deep knowledge of broadcast and streaming engineering technologiesStrong understanding of signal acquisition, production, transmission, encoding, and content distribution workflowsExperience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences of varying technical backgroundsProven experience building relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels to deliver collaborative outcomeIt's even better if you have:Experience working with third-party technology vendors and suppliersHands-on experience with cloud-based broadcast deploymentsKnowledge of orchestration technologies and automation frameworksExperience using scripting and data analysis to monitor performance and drive platform improvementsA passion for innovation and improving large-scale media delivery systems
