We’re looking for a production assistant to join the Dazed print team and support all aspects of magazine production. This role involves shoot preparation, magazine mail-outs, maintaining key production documents, and miscellaneous admin tasks.
Duties, Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Support the Producer in coordinating all shoot logistics, including sourcing and booking glam teams; arranging travel, studios, and locations; and accurately updating options in our internal documents.
- Assist in tracking production expenditure and maintaining accurate cost records.
- Create and distribute call sheets for internally produced shoots.
- Monitor and update the status of all active projects in the master production tracker.
- Manage and update the master casting deck throughout each issue cycle.
- Manage the distribution of magazine & asset send-outs to contributors for each issue.
- Collect and organise contributor contact and delivery information for send-outs.
- Oversee asset delivery timelines to ensure deadlines are met by teams.
- Prepare shoot and social credits to be reviewed by the Producer / Social team.
- File and submit invoices to the Finance team for processing.
- Support the Art Director with research decks of potential creative contributors.
- Maintain an up-to-date shared drive, ensuring call sheets and creatives are stored and accessible.
- Keep the production kit well stocked.
- Provide general administrative and production support as required.

- Experience working within a production company or agency is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
