Dazed Studio is seeking a seasoned freelance Media Planner & Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of U.S.-based paid media campaigns. This role will support Dazed's commercial team across campaign planning, activation, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and campaign execution across social, display, and branded content platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop paid and organic media strategies that align with client goals and Dazed Media’s channel strengths. Build media plans across social, display, branded content, and email.
  • Campaign Activation & Management: Deploy and manage digital campaigns across Dazed owned media channels, including owned website, newsletters and other digital placements, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Monitor performance and adjust in real time to optimise delivery and spend.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Dazed’s commercial, project management, and organic social teams to ensure cohesive campaign rollouts. Liaise with media agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class activations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track campaign metrics, analyse performance data, and generate actionable reports. Use insights from both internal and external sources to inform media strategy and future planning.
  • Client & Internal Communication: Serve as a media lead across several campaigns at once. Participate in internal and client meetings to review strategy, performance, and delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–6 years of experience in digital media planning and paid media execution
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end across social and display platforms
  • Fluency in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to optimisation and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of branded content measurement is a plus
  • Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
