Daytona Milton Keynes is seeking a Chef to lead the day-to-day catering operation, overseeing food preparation, kitchen operations, menu delivery, stock control and food safety. Working with the venue management team you will deliver exceptional food and hospitality experiences across events, manage costs, rotas and staffing, and foster a motivated team within a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred, and previous experience in high-volume food service is required.
