Daytona Motorsport is seeking a Championship Coordinator to lead the charge in growing our thriving league racing programme across our venues. This is a senior role within our sales team, perfect for someone who can combine commercial drive with operational precision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, managing, selling and attending championship rounds at all Daytona venues.
- Converting junior racers, open race guests, and corporate clients into loyal league competitors.
- Ensuring smooth event coordination with track teams, operations, and marketing.
- Driving league growth through targeted promotion, structured competition, and community engagement.
- Ensuring championship communications regulations, reports and results are accurate, well produced, and punctual.
- Liaising with over 250 championship participants and handling inbound enquiries.
- Rebooking and retaining existing drivers into our seasonal leagues.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or event coordination experience – ideally in sport, leisure or motorsport.
- Commercially driven, with strong communication and customer conversion skills.
- An organiser who can manage schedules, venues, and league structures with confidence.
- Someone who understands the thrill of racing and the loyalty of a competitive community.
