We are looking for dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants, Carers, or Support Workers to join our team and provide compassionate, person-centred support to two clients in a live-in setting at our B1 accommodation.
Location: Birmingham (B1)
Salary: £700.00
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
- Must be able to administer medication.
- Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance as required.
- Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate and timely records.
Requirements
- At least 6 months recent care experience.
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Medication trained.
