We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants/Carers/Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within our service users' homes.

Location: Northhampton (NN7)

Salary: £13.73

Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
  • Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
  • Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance as required.
  • Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months recent care experience.
  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
