Location: Andover (SP11)
Salary: £13.73 - £18.65 PAYE
Hours: Varying hours of 8 hrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
- Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
- Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance as required.
- Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate and timely records.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months recent care experience.
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
