Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their 4 bed home in Kenton. We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified CQC Registered Manager to oversee the operation of a stunning four‑bedroom care home. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a warm, supportive environment for residents. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, staff development, and resident satisfaction within this beautifully maintained home.
Lead the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring delivery of exceptional person‑centered care aligned with CQC standards. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, including dementia and memory care. Supervise and mentor staff members, promoting a positive team culture through effective leadership and ongoing training.
The home provides accommodation for four adult individuals (three female, one male) all in their twenties. Two individuals are diagnosed with epilepsy and experience regular seizures; staff are trained in epilepsy awareness and administration of rescue medication and are adept at recognising and responding to seizure activity. Two individuals have autism and all residents have learning disabilities.
Qualifications: You must be a Level 4 or 5 NVQ qualified (or in process) Registered Manager to be considered.
