Daytime Healthcare is working with an established care agency who are seeking experienced Care Workers for permanent domiciliary care worker positions in central London.
Shift Pattern and Schedule:
- 5 days per week, 7:00am - 9:00pm structured rota.
- Shift 1: 7:00am - 2:00pm.
- Shift 2: 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
- Both shifts are required each day; weekends are likely to be included as part of the 5-day shift pattern.
Pay and Hours:
- Your hourly rate is £14.80.
- You will receive a guaranteed annual salary of £28,860, based on 37.5 hours of care-related work per week.
- Paid for any care-related work in excess of 37.5 hours at the normal hourly rate.
- When allocated care hours are lower than expected, you may be required to make up contracted hours at another time within your availability window.
- Travel to and from the Head Office (Bromley) for onsite induction training is your responsibility.
