We’re recruiting Patient Coordinators on behalf of the UK’s #1 Rated Plastic Surgery Group on Trustpilot.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling high-quality inbound patient enquiries for elective surgery
- Converting leads into consultations and confirmed procedures
- Guiding patients confidently through treatment options and next steps
- Following up consistently to maximise conversion rates
- Managing your own pipeline through the CRM with accuracy and discipline
- Working closely with the Sales Director to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Taking full ownership of your performance and earnings
Pay & earning potential:
- £27,500 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- Strong inbound lead flow (no cold calling)
- Realistic OTE £70,000+ for high performers
