About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Live-In Carer to provide high-quality support for an individual in their own home in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and experienced in supporting people with daily living needs while promoting independence and dignity. The position operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off rota, offering a good work-life balance with accommodation and meals provided during working weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and companionship to two service users (will be supported by another carer during the day)
  • Assisting with mobility and daily routines
  • Preparing meals and supporting with medication reminders

Requirements
