Daytime Healthcare are based near the 02 Arena (North Greenwich station and have a great opportunity for a trainee to join us. A fantastic chance for a candidate interested to get into Healthcare Recruitment and join the Permanent Recruitment Team. You will play an active role in liaising with the consultants, clients, and candidates, taking and receiving calls. Resourcing and calling candidates, business development, utilising emails, database, and phone calls. The basic salary is initially £15k-£16k for 3 days, and this will rise to £20k in 3/6 months when you start working 4 days. It will then rise to £25k, when you work 5 days (full time). There can be some hybrid working after training aswell. To run a profitable desk and achieve the Company’s business objectives through successfully building relationships with clients and candidates. The individual needs to be proactive and competent in managing accounts in order to ensure consistent growth. You should be confident/comfortable to make telephone calls and also have good basic IT skills.
