We are looking for support workers to work with us in Tonbridge. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, ADHD, and physical disabilities, helping them live independently and participate in their community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, and managing money.
• Encourage individuals to connect with friends, family, and the community.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Offer support across a 7‑day rota and be available for driving when necessary (Full UK Automatic license required).
• Deliver the necessary training and qualifications if you are new to care.
