Support Worker / National Supported Living Organisation

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national supported living provider to find a Support Worker to join the team in Epsom. You will be supporting four adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and epilepsy. Responsibilities: * Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. * Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends. * Supporting the management of our people’s finances. * Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping. * Providing, and encouraging, personal care. Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression. Hours: Full time 39 hours. A manual UK driving license is needed due to the service having a service vehicle which successful applicants need to be willing to drive! Apply today
