About Us:
Daytime Healthcare Group is a multi-brand healthcare and workforce solutions provider. We’re now seeking a Sales Executive to support and drive business development across multiple divisions, focusing on new client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling workforce solutions.
The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in developing new and existing business relationships across NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, local authorities and non-healthcare clients. You’ll work closely with our Director and divisional leads to grow accounts, manage leads, and help deliver commercial targets across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across healthcare and social care markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing and service needs.
- Cross-sell workforce solutions across multiple divisions.
- Manage sales pipelines, CRM activity, and reporting to track performance and conversions.
- Assist with bids, proposals, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
About You:
- 1.5–3 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, or B2B client development (healthcare preferred).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and activity targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, confident, and eager to progress in a multi-brand healthcare environment.
